Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $50.
Customs and Import Duties

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at chennan5970@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
